I’ve spent most of my life in the food industry.  My journey in food started as a young kid at 7 years old. On weekends I used to go help my uncle who worked in a well-known bakery.  I would do a few small work-related things to help like putting cheese on mini pizzas. I loved the feel of the cheese falling off my hands going on to the pizza.  When I helped with bread, I thought it was so cool to form different breads now known to be artisan breads like regular twist, French twist, and 3 braided breads.  This experience started my love for making people happy through food.  During my career I’ve owned businesses, worked for many, and for the last 18 years I have taught baking and culinary to juniors and seniors in high school.  Now retired I would like to continue to make more people happy through food on social media platforms.  I will show you how to make recipes through correct Mise en Place, mixing, and finishing methods.  What is the most fun to me is to make, create, and design recipes, which I will share on my website with all of my posts for you to enjoy making.
